The Village of Elsah is thrilled to announce its Annual Fall Festival, scheduled for Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. This year we are again, anticipating a gathering of several hundred visitors.  We cordially invite vendors to participate by showcasing and selling their merchandise at this vibrant one-day event. While handmade items are cherished, we welcome a diverse range of crafts and products. To ensure variety and avoid duplication, vendor spaces may be limited.

Booth fees are $25 each.  Indoor spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your spot, please RSVP your vendor registration by filling in and submitting the information below.   Upon the approval of your application on a first come, first served basis, the vendor fees will need to be paid in advance via check made payable to the Village of Elsah.  Upon receipt of your online registration form, an email with vendor approval and further details regarding event logistics, including set-up and breakdown instructions, will be provided. Please mail your payment to Stephanie Tran, Elsah Planning Committee, PO Box 124, Elsah, IL 62028.  Please be advised that if payment is not received by August 1st, your space may be reassigned.

No additional vendor fees will be levied on sales. However, vendors are responsible for remitting sales taxes in compliance with Illinois laws.  All participating vendors will receive an IDOR Special Event Tax Collection Report and Payment Coupon from the Elsah Festival Planning Committee prior to the event.

*New this year:

• no gas generators will be allowed.
• We kindly request that vendors exercise due diligence in ensuring that their merchandise or company representation does not overlap with others in the same area. If you are part of a multi-level marketing (MLM) company where exclusivity or non-competition clauses apply, we trust that you will responsibly manage your participation in the event accordingly.
