The village of Elsah exists to improve the quality of life of our residents and business community by providing responsive and efficient municipal services to support the historic status of our village.
Vision
Drawing on our historic status, Elsah will be known as a place to live and visit because of its vibrant energy, modern infrastructure, and informed community members, committed to a prosperous future for the village.
